Adams Event Center Rules
To ensure the safety of all patrons and guests, Adams Event Center has created the following code of conduct and policy guidelines. Please review and follow the rules and policies below as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.

Accessibility Policy
Adams Event Center is proud to provide the following accommodations to guests in need.
- Accessible Seating is available throughout the arena.
- Accessible Parking is available in marked spaces.
- Service animals are welcome inside the stadium. Animals must remain on a leash or harness at all times.
- Please notify the Adams Center Box Office at least 48 hours before your scheduled event so appropriate accommodations may be met
- Assistive Listening Devices are available free of charge.
- You will need a valid photo ID or credit card.
- Certain events offer interpreting services. To request services please call at least 48 hours before your scheduled event.

Arrival Policy
The show starts promptly at the time listed on your ticket. For certain events, latecomers may have to wait in the lobby before being admitted.
These shows will be detailed in the program guide.
Bag Policy
No Backpacks, Briefcases, Purses and/or Bags larger than 6.5″W x 4.5″H. Medically necessary or infant needs are permitted, inspection required.
Camera Policy
Professional cameras, laptops, iPods, and other cameras are not allowed. Cell phones are allowed but no flash photography.
Cancellation Policy
The Adams Center rarely cancels or postpones even in inclement weather. Please be advised that tickets are sold on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis. Should an event be postponed or canceled, the information will be available by calling the Adams Center Box Office at 406-243-4051 or 888-MONTANA.
Children Policy
Unless otherwise specified, children age two years and older must have a ticket to gain admittance to events at the Adams Center. Children under two years of age, without a ticket, must sit on an adult’s lap. PLEASE BE AWARE: Some events require all attendees, regardless of age, to present a valid ticket for admission to the event.
Food and Beverage Policy
Outside food and/or beverages are prohibited in the Adams Center. There are a variety of concessions available at the Adams Center during most events, including specialty vendors: Big Dipper Ice Cream, Pizza Hut, and Grizzly Espresso.
All other concession stands to sell soda, popcorn, candy, nachos, and hot dogs. Water fountains are accessible on all concourses of the Adams Center. Alcoholic beverages are sold during certain events.
Lost & Found
If you lost an item please contact the Adams Center administrative offices at 406-243-5355. Leave your name, phone number, a detailed description of the lost item(s), the date and location the item was lost. You will be notified if your item is turned in or recovered by Adams Center staff.
Adams Event Center, its owner, and the owner’s affiliates, agents and employees are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. By law, emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals, under Title II and Title III of the ADA, and are not accepted.
Outside Vending/Solicitation Policy
Outside vending and solicitation are strictly forbidden unless approved by Adams Center and The University of Montana management.
Prohibited Items
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment at the show, the following items are prohibited from entry. Admission will be denied to anyone carrying the following items. Restricted items may include:
- Alcohol of any kind
- Artificial noisemakers
- Bottles, cans, or coolers
- Fireworks
- Illegal drugs or paraphernalia
- Large bags, backpacks or purses
- Laser pointers
- Projectiles and inflatables such as glow sticks and beach balls
- Stickers
- Stools or folding chairs
- Tripods or monopods
- Weapons
- Any other items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by US Open personnel, in their sole discretion
Re-Entry
Re-entry policies vary from event to event. Concerts and shows do not allow re-entry in most cases, while UM Intercollegiate Athletic sporting events allow re-entry with a ticket stub and stamp or wristband.
Smoking Policy
The University of Montana is a Tobacco-Free Campus. No smoking is allowed and smoking areas are not provided.
